Use Himalayan Rock Salt Ball gently as it can be abrasive to sensitive skin, so if you have young and sensitive skin it is best to wrapped in a soft cloth or face washer then use. Or you can rub Himalayan Rock Salt Ball in hands then apply to the face or skin for the same effect. For good effect no additional normal soap should be used with Himalayan Rock Salt Ball. For longer lasting of Himalayan Rock Salt Ball remove it from the shower after each use.

Himalayan Rock Salt Ball for a deodorant: Dampen Himalayan Rock Salt Ball and rub on the underarm or feet as required to provide an invisible layer of salt coating to deter odours for better hygiene and health.

Himalayan Rock Salt Ball for massage: Warm Himalayan Rock Salt Ball at a low temperature in the oven for 15 minutes and use with massage oils for a therapeutic treatment.
